Talk about real life robbery here. Sent my poor mother for a initial first time customer checkup for a spinal issue she was having. The office and doctor have told me that my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) would completely cover the visit and we haven't returned to the establishment since the initial visit due to rude and disrespectful behavior on their part. Then 4 years later, sends some sort of bill that was unpaid claiming something was due which was complete misinformation. Sad to see people need to take advantage of us people for themselves. 1 Star do not recommend. You can find someone more professional and wont give you any form of problems when you come there initially to fix one and they only end up adding more to your life.
